Items must be the same (brand name, model, color, and size) and in-stock at the competitor. Excludes clearance, closeouts, pre-owned, re-sale, damaged or liquidation sale pricing. Price matches are done against pre-tax prices.
What Limitations or Exceptions are there?
The happiness of our customers is our top priority, and that means offering our products at competitive prices. If you find one of our items for a lower price elsewhere, we will match that price.
To get the price match, send us an email at email@example.com or chat with your stylist and include the URL of the competitor’s item listing, or call (206) 309-3384. You can feel confident in placing your order with us; once the lower price is verified, we will adjust the purchase price on your account. If we have already charged you, we will refund the difference. We will honor price adjustments up to 48 hours after you have placed your order.
