Our refundable styling fee is $25, which will be credited towards your order placed within 14 days of receiving your Spruce Up.
How much is the styling fee?
Once you start a Spruce Up, you’ll answer a few questions about your project, and then you’ll be asked to enter payment information. You will be charged $25 at that time.
When do I pay the styling fee?
If you find the same item from a different vendor, we will match that price if we are notified within 48 hours. Find out more about price matching here.
How does price match work?
We are working on a text notification feature for Spruce Up, but at this time notifications are limited to the website chat and email.
Can I get a text notifications?
Our goal is to make sure you are delighted! Just connect with your stylist via chat to let them know what went wrong. Your stylist will replace up to four items in your Spruce Up.
What if I don't find anything in my Spruce Up?
The $25 stylist fee will be credited to your purchase once you view your completed Spruce Up.
When does the 14 day clock start for the stylist fee credit?
You will be refunded the total cost of the item, including the stylist fee.
If I return the item I purchased, will I have to pay the stylist fee?
We understand sometimes large purchases can take a while to decide on! Just let our support team know what's going on and we are happy to work with you while you make the decision.
What if I need more than 14 days to decide on a large purchase?
Once your order is placed and shipment has taken place, you will receive an email from our team with a tracking number.
How do I track my shipment?
Shipping will be 10% of each order unless there are any promotions going on.
How do you charge for shipping?
We offer free returns. If you are unhappy with the item you ordered, just let us know and we can initiate a return for you. Please note: You will have 14 days from the date of the delivery to make a return or exchange.
