Our stylists use room photos to help identify styles and dimensions for the items they will recommend. We want to make sure we can find items you love that really work in your space. Don't worry about your house looking messy in the photo! We don't care!

Why are room photos required?

Once you've requested a Spruce Up, you are assigned to one stylist who will get to know you and assess your needs, including photos of your space you upload. You can chat with your stylist and upload photos at any time via the website or via SMS at 206-531-7611, and they will respond during their work hours.

How do I collaborate with my stylist?

Your Spruce Up is a stylist-curated set of of shopping recommendations that are specific to your style and unique needs. After you specify the items and room you're shopping for, and upload photos of your space, your stylist will begin looking for a selection of items from our catalog of over 50 brands. The recommendation will include variations of each of your main items, as well as other items that will pull the look together. Your stylist will send you a first pass, and ask you to rate and give feedback on each item, so they can fine tune the recommendations and find you items you love. Add the items you love to the shopping cart and check out, and we'll take care of the ordering across all the vendors.

What is a Spruce Up?

If you find the same item from a different vendor, we will match that price if we are notified within 48 hours. Find out more about price matching here.

How does price matching work?

After you request a Spruce Up, you can chat with your stylist and send photos via either the website stylist chat or SMS.

Can I get a text notification?

Our goal is to make sure you are delighted! Just connect with your stylist via chat to let them know what went wrong. Your stylist will replace up to four items in your Spruce Up.

What if I don't find something I love from Spruce Up?

Once your order is placed and shipment has taken place, you will receive an email from our team with a tracking number.

We charge a flat 10% for each item, except items that are labeled 'Free Shipping.' 

How do you charge for shipping?

We offer free returns. If you are unhappy with the item you ordered, just let us know and we can initiate a return for you. Please note: You will have 30 days from the date of the delivery to make a return or exchange. Original shipping charges cannot be refunded on returned items.

What is the return policy?

Styling is always free!
